Returns & Exchanges
At Bombay Trooper, we want you to love your gear, but if it's not the right fit, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your Order ID along with your email address or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, pack the items securely. Our courier partner will perform a quick spot-check of the product condition during the doorstep pickup.
Reverse Pickup
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours. Please ensure the original tags are intact and the product is handed over to the delivery executive in a sealed bag.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, we will trigger your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
